Health
Meet & Greet
Every dog that will stay with us will attend a meet & greet at Caledon Tailblazers in order to determine how well they interact with other dogs. We will also ensure they are not aggressive towards cats.
Intake Form
A completed intake form is required for all pets for whom we will provide care, whether that is boarding, daycare, drop in visits, or walks. The intake form provides us with important information about your pet.
Waiver
All pets must have a signed waiver on file with Caledon Tailblazers. The waiver gives us permission to seek medical care in the event of an emergency. Waivers are valid for one year from the time they are signed.
Day Care Stay
All pets must attend a minimum of one day of doggie daycare prior to any overnight boarding. Usual doggie daycare rates apply.
